alright this is a little out there but, my girl keeps getting this reoccurring yeast infection. my question is, is it possible for a male to contract a yeast infection and keep passing it back to her? if so is there a O.T.C that i could use or should i see a doctor? any advice is helpful.

It’s definitely possible to pass a yeast infection back and forth. You both should see a doctor asap to make sure that it is in fact a yeast infection and not something else. She could use over the counter creams, but the doctor may prescribe her something. You definitely need to see a doctor and get on medication to get it under control. Believe it or not, doctors see this alot so there is nothing to be embarrassed about, you just need to make sure that’s in fact what it is. In the future if you suspect she has an infection, either wait to have sex until she’s been treated or use protection…the first option is the safer one.
Yes you can be passing it back and forth ~ YOU need to see a doctor ~ for medication ~
Yes You can contract a yeast infection. If you do see your doctor for medicine.Best way to prevent infection is protect yourself when she is infected
Yes, its possible! Its curable but for men you would need to see a doc. For women can get med’s over the counter. Also women can see the " yeast " but for men I believe they can’t. They would get burning sensation or gets itchy.
Both should get treated before have anymore intercourse. Also make sure you always have clean nails & hands when you both are involved!
Yes see a doctor ask him/her for a solution to your problem.
I hope this helps!
it is not likely that you would be passing it back and forth has she been on any meds for it or used anything like a 1 to 7 day miconazle cream she may be prone or there may be another medical issue.
Unfortunately, it is possible to pass yeast infections and other bacterial infections back and forth. That has been a problem for
ages. Men fail to realize their tweeters carry bacteria too and sometimes they contribute to women keeping these infections. Everyone see a doctor, everyone get treated or checked, hey a world for everyone’s joy.
