Okay so this is really embarrassing, so please just bare with me.
I went to my boyfriends house the other night. He fingered me, and the next day my vagina was a little itchy and dry. I put some lotion on it, and the next day it got swollen.
I can’t go get any medicine or anything, i’m broke.
Do you think it’s a yeast infection? or maybe just from fingering? I put a cold towel on it, and the swelling went down a bit. It’s really uncomfortable.
Is there anything besides medicine that can help?
The lotion is what made it swollen I think, and i stopped using it.
My discharge is pretty normal, exept it has a teeny tiny bit of a yellowish tint. I dont think it smells out of the ordinary.

A yeast infection doesn’t usually go away on its own. You can eat a lot of plain yogurt and stay away from sugar products.
Signs of yeast infections:
White, cottage cheese-like discharge
Swelling and pain around the vulva
Intense itching
Signs of bacterial vaginosis:
A white, gray or yellowish vaginal discharge
A fishy odor that is strongest after sex or after washing with soap
Itching or burning
Slight redness and swelling of the vagina or vulva
if u have discharge that smells like yeast and is chunky then yes its a yeast infection. eat plenty yogurt or apply plain UNSWEETENED yogurt to ur V.
however that has happened to me b4..my bf fingered me n the exact same thing happened. it was swollen, sore, and itchy. i washed it out with a lil ivory soap and warm water. im not sure if it was a yeast infection but after i washed it it went away in about a day or so..good luck
it’s possible.
especially after the lotion. no lotion! especially scented ones. it can throw off your vaginal flora & give you a yeast infection.
let it chill for a while. no vaginal intercourse or contact from your boyfriend. wash with warm water, no soap as it can further irritate it. no scrubbing. no scented anything. & cotton undies only so it can breathe.
for now, just wait. i know it can be frustrating, especially if your boyfriend & you want to get it on. (haha) but just give it a day or two. keep a look out for the classic symptoms – chunky discharge or any discharge unlike your usual, further itching, a "bread" smell.
it may have just been combination fingers & lotion.
if the itching’s crazy, vagisil’s your friend. as well as femisil (which is all natural) but that may only be available online
If you want to get rid of your candida, you must change your lifestyle. By lifestyle I mean your eating habbets. I recommand that you eat foods with no sugar (candida grows faster with sugar).
