    Don’t hang around in a wet bathing suit, sweaty gym clothes or wet panties. If you tend to get a lot of discharge or whatever, wear panty liners. Keep yourself clean. That’s about all you can do. Some people are just more prone to getting them. Also, I think certain medications can cause them.

    Eating yogurt may help, and always wear cotton crotch panties

    Yes, drinking cranberry juice and water helps flush your kidneys. If you are on antibiotics, you are more likely to get one. With antibiotic treatment, you should eat yogurt with live cultures or take acidophilus supplements.

    If you are having repeated bouts with yeast infections, you should really go talk to your ob/gyn to find out if there is an underlying problem.

    wear cotton underware,keep area clean and dry,careful when taking antibiotics, some cause yeast infections
