scars after male yeast infection?

can a man have scars as a result of yeast infection? someone i know said the skin started seperating.

yeah, before I got cut, I had a couple of yeast infections. and the doc pointed out the scarring that had occurred because of them.
Well lets just say if he had it that bad you should ask why did he wait so long to get it taken care of. And I would be wondering what else he had. But I never heard of yeast infection leaving scars
