Need help from a urologist of some sort!!!?

I am a 20 year old male. I have been experiencing an itching/tingling sensation in the head of my penis. It feels more like an urge to urinate though. I have also been experiencing pain in my testicles. I also have noticed that when passing a bowel movement, sometimes when i force it out, semen comes out of my penis.
I am sexually active, and my gf had a yeast infection not too long ago. Could this have possibly gotten transferred to me?
I am curious as to what this may be. I do not believe it to be an STD.
Please help with advice as to what it may be and what I should do. Thank you.
(side note: I am on several medications – Lexapro, Aciphex, and Domperidone). Could these have anything to do with it?

Sounds like a yeast infection to me, see your Dr. he will know wether or not to send you to a urologist, but i would wonder why your gf didn’t tell you she had a yeast infection, and if she did why would you have relations with her until it’s cleared up?
Itching means you may have contracted the yeast infection – yes – men can get a yeast infection from their partner. See your doctor.
