Is it possible I have a Male Yeast Infection?

A little over a week ago I developed a red itchy rash on my penis (head area) but also my foreskin was extremely sensitive and often itchy. Needless to say, I am an uncircumsized male.
I used Hydrocortizone which didn’t do much and then Lotrimin (believing it was fungal related) which seemed to help a bit.
I then had a couple of days where it seemed to clear up.
It came back this morning though. Redness around head. Not as much itching but a lot of really small pimples with what appears to be white heads. Also had some milky stuff and a bit of a bad smell too which I think developed last night (noticed it while I urinated but no pimples at that point).
Is this a yeast infection or something worse? I started using Monistat this morning but no improvement so far.
Any / all thoughts and guidance welcome.
appreciate all of the input.
although I refer to them as “pimples” they do not have a raised profile. I can’t feel them. i certainly wouldn’t describe them as warts.
I have had no extra marital affairs, so to speak, and im 99.9% certain my wife hasn’t either.
i believe whatever they are is clearing up a bit.

You need to see a doctor.
1. Thrush does not cause pimples.
2. Thrush does not smell bad (it can smell a bit "yeasty", but nothing offensive).
You could have irritated your penis by applying creams that are not meant to be applied to it, like the hydrocortisone and the Lotrimin, or you could have something other than thrush.
This could be a sexually transmitted infection or a sexually transmitted disease. You need to go to the doc asap. Hate to say it, but it sounds like herpes.
The pimples could be genital warts. Genital warts don’t have to be big. You probably have an STD. Go see your doctor. You probably have gonorrhea judging from the stuff that you said comes out of your urine.
