Yes it is possible. It’s not extremely common but it does happen. It’s helpful for men to urinate after sex to clear out the urethra and prevent yeast infections that way.
i don’t know but i heard it’s kinda like jock itch?
yes, but men getting in their urethra? I don’t know…but jock itch, athletes foot etc are all fungal diseases ie yeast like infections
yes- and you should " go without" until you are cleared up.
It’s pretty damned common! Wear a condom and get treated. And wear a condom. Did I mention, wear a condom?
Yes, It shows up as a powdery film.
yes it is possible…..yeast infections can be transmitted anytime u have unprotected sex with a woman who has a yeast infection.
CONDOMS!!!!!!!! may be an idea
Men can have it, but they have no symptoms and can pass it on to the female, if I remember correctly.
yes men CAN get yeast infections, thats how about half are recieved by women. They may get a nasty discharge also, symptoms are similar to gonorrhea.
Yes they can, I don’t know how usual but it is transmitted through sex.
WELL A BABY GETS THRUSH IN THEIR MOUTHS WHEN THEY ARE NEWBORN AND ANOTHER NAME FOR THRUSH IS A YEAST INFECTION. WELL MY NIECE HAD THRUSH AS A BABY AND MY SISTER BREAST FED HER. WELL SHE WAS SEXUALLY ACTIVE WITH HER HUSBAND SO HE ALSO GOT IT IN HIS MOUTH,FROM HER BREAST.
Despite what people have told, it is possible for men to develop yeast infections and yest infections can be transmitted from one partner to another – should you have sex with an individual who has one. It is extremely common. Men, just do not talk about it because they are under the impression that it is something that women, and women only, get. You can develop yest infection several ways – including wearing too tight clothing and not washing your body correctly and thoroughly. Should you have a yeast infection I suggest that you by some over the counter medication and/or go see your doctor. I strongly suggest the latter of the two.
yes, it is. If the woman has one untreated and your not having protected sex
Q: Is it possible for males to have yeast infections?
A: While a man is less likely than a woman to get yeast infections, if one partner has a yeast infection the other partner should also be treated for it. A man is less likely than a woman to be aware of having a yeast infection because he may not have any symptoms. When symptoms do occur, they may include a moist, white, scaling rash on the penis, and itchiness or redness under the foreskin. As with females, lowered immunity, rather than sexual transmission, is the most frequent cause of genital yeast infections in males.
Q: How common is it to transmit a yeast infection during sex?
A: Yeast infections are caused mainly by an imbalance of organisms naturally found in the vagina or on the skin but it is possible to transmit the infection during sex. Since the vaginal mucosa is a much more fertile place for yeast to grow yeast infections are much more common and more troublsesome in women, but inflammation of the glans and the well known ‘Jock itch’ are no fun for men either. If a man has a yeast infection he is more likely to pass it on tho his partner then the other way around but that happens too. Usually a severe yeast infection causes enough discomfort that sex isn’t very enjoyable anyway and the infection irritated and weakened tissues can be further damaged by sexual friction. Even if someone is using Monistat or other antifungal medications, the problem is still t transferable until the course of treatment is completed.
It’s very possible, you can even have a yeast infection in your mouth! Yeast infections aren’t really transmitted because it is caused by an imbalance with your own body.
yes a man can get a yeast from a woman and it can be passed back and forth.so its important to treat both..
yes
Yes. You can be passing it back and forth with your partner. Women can get yeast infections very easily, especially if they have been taking antibiotics. The yeast infection can be passed to their male partner who may not have any symptoms. But he can pass it back to the woman and reinfect her and the process goes on and on. If your partner has it, you should put a dab of the monistat or other treatment on the opening of your penis for several days until she is also cleared up. Hope this helps.
