How do men treat a yeast infection?

I know men don’t get yeast infections very often but when they do how is it treated in men? Women get a certain cream but what do men do? Do men use the same thing?
a hot bath and some powder he shouldn’t have a yeast infection unless he doesn’t take baths much it sounds to me like his underwear is too tight or maybe the washing powder he uses he’s allergic to it
