have any of you women terconazole cream DURING PREGNACY for a yeast infection?

the ladies at my doctor office promise it will be ok and that i need to use it. im almost eleven weeks? On the paper it says dont take in the first trimester you need to make sure its ok with you doctor and if he think its best.
my doctor Does, so what im maily asking is if any of you have used this during your pregnacy? please let me know maybe some peace of mind 
yes i had like 6 yeast infections this whole pregnancy and took it everytime!!
if thats the med in Monistat or other over the counter creams its perfectly fine to use. one thing u cant use the diflucan pills.
my doctor and pharmacy told me that u can only use monistat 7..because of the dose and the baby..everyone i talked to said monistat 7 is the best and doesnt harm the baby. i would talk to your pharmasist or sumthing…i used monistat and my baby is healthy
