Chlamydia, Ghonnorhea and Yeast Infections?

I am a 22 year old male and have been with the same girl for over 10 months. Recently she started having what seems like a bad yeast infection. There is no odor but there is what looks like tiny pieces of rolled up toilet paper around her ****** and a lot of white discharge. We had *** a few times when this was less serious not knowing what that was. I now have a itching feeling in my urethra and a clear discharge. We have both been tested. She got results the same day she said and I am still waiting. Her results were negative. She still has what looks like a yeast infection over a week later. I have a few questions.

Can you get results for chlamydia and gonorrhea that quick for a woman?

If I test positive for one of these, what are the chances that it stayed dormant in one of our systems for 10 months?

I have no other color discharge than clear and sometimes it burns a little when I urinate. Are these typical signs of std’s?

By the way both of us were given Zithromax and Suprex just in case there was something.
Monistat does not help her. In fact in makes it worse.
