Are some women predisposed to getting yeast infections?

due to like heredity…
i’m just curious…i have had several women in my family have them, and they don’t have cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, or stds…
they haven’t even had sex before, they are all young like in their teens and early twenties-
so i am wondering if some people are genetically predisposed to having yeast infections…
well my cousins aren’t taking antibiotics- antibiotics does make it worse for them- a few complained about lumps on their cervix while taking antibiotics along with milky like cream cheese coming out- but- i think maybe because our family has very sensitive skin issues, and our digestive systems can’t take any and everything- that has a lot to do with it…

Here is a good website and book you can look at. It talks about how they happen and how they are cured NATURALLY!
Good luck!

Personally, I think so.
Like, some people react that way when they take an antibiotic every time! While some people never get them regardless whether they’re taking an antibiotic. I don’t know if it’s genetic or just a weakness to antibiotics.
That’s just one cause of yeast infections though, so I could be wrong, that’s the only one I’ve rooted to predisposed-ness lol
Yes, I believe some women are genetically predisposed to having yeast infections.
However, they could be having them for other reasons. Wiping from back to front, not cleaning yourself properly, douching (never good for you, regular washing is better), eating certain foods, are all reasons for having yeast infections. So probably a lifestyle change would fix many of their problems with yeast infections.
