Honey dump him, you can do better. You should not have *** until it is completely cleared up. Otherwise it will never heal. And for you it’s not enough to stay clean. Try some Monastat or Vagisil and use a napkin instead of a tampon. Tampon will absorb the medication. Also try eating some yogurt, it is known to help reduce the reacurrance of infections. If it doesn’t clear up in 2 weeks you yourself should see a doctor.

Maybe it’s not yeast. Have you been checked…cultured…for other organisms?

‘Sometimes other vaginal infections masquerade as, or occur at the same time as yeast infections. Some women have never had formal testing of the vaginal organisms. And even if they have been tested, sometimes no other organisms were grown in culture, but nonetheless are still present in the ******. Ask your doctor about the possibility of your having an infection that is not related to yeast.” [This site has some suggestions, if you find your infection IS chronic]

See if this article helps. It starts out, “Contrary to popular belief, men can’t be blamed for recurrent yeast infections.”

Here’s another article to look at:

Finally, “Researchers found no direct connection between male *** partners and yeast infections in women, even if the men themselves were infected, too.”

Follow “old man’s” advice, as well: do NOT have *** until you have finished the treatment for the infection, whatever it turns out to be, or, as he says, “You’ll never get rid of it.”
