I had an yeast infection after I had unprotected sex… Is this what i think or a STD?

Ok im trying to have to conceive but this time I think something went wrong because like 2 days after i had went for it again i had got a yeast infection… And i’ve always noticed that pregnant women seem to get them a lot… But i don’t know if it’s a yeast infection or a STD (I hope not though)… So can someone help me w/ this?
the only way to be sure is to go to the doctor. you don’t want to be medicating yourself for one thing and thinking that it’s getting better when you’ve only really delayed treatment for something more serious.
