ok first of all you cant get a yeast infection if your a guy. the bacteria that grows in a woman needs lots of moister to survive. so unless you have slime balls you cant catch it. but just to be safe wash your dong off after doin the humpty hump. yes you can get jock itch but it is highly unlikely you have a better shot of getting a bacterial infection if she beats you off with her feet!!!
