it is due to body heat.
    cool ur stomach.
have coconut water in ur empty stomach in the early morning.stop taking spicy food for one/two days.
this can solve the temp. yeast problems.
    all the best

yeah for real it is not a yeast infection. It could be a STD from either you or someone else. Urinary tract infections often have the same result of pain. Either way he should go see a doc and get some anti-biotics

Pain on urination is a fairly common problem. It is most often caused by an infection somewhere in the urinary tract.

    Possible causes:
    Urinary tract infection
Urethritis (in men) caused by gonorrhea or chlamydia
    Prostatitis
    Interstitial cystitis
    Candidal dermatitis
    Contact dermatitis
    Radiation cystitis
    Urinary retention

Your husband should see his doctor if he experiences painful urination that lasts for more than 1 day, there is drainage or a discharge from his penis, or he notices blood in his urine.

Many times, antibitiotics will be prescribed.
