How do men treat a yeast infection?

I know men don’t get yeast infections very often but when they do how is it treated in men? Women get a certain cream but what do men do? Do men use the same thing?
The closest thing that men get to a yeast infection would be jock itch (also known as crotch rot). Since it is caused by basically the same fungus which causes athletes foot, most athletes foot cremes like tinactin will treat it. The best option is good personal hygene to prevent it before it gets bad enough to worry about, and I can almost guarentee you that if you see a man with jock itch, it is because he does not shower or change underwear enough.
