Eat more yogurt. Lots! You need more good bacteria in your system.

    Good luck!

EDIT: To the people below who claim to know a bit about natural meds, I am a healthcare professional-a cardiovascular technologist, and i have seen time and time again that natural medicine works even when prescribed medication doesnt.

Yogurt is full of live cultures which naturally slow down the growth of yeast. This is why after you take antibiotics-which also kill good bacteria, most docs will advise you eat pro-biotic foods.

Cranberry juice is great for digestive health. Its help directly for yeast infections is slim, but its so good for your that it can only help your system as a whole.

Please don’t listen to people who have no idea what they are talking about. Especially the one who claims to have a biology degree.

    Good luck and feel better.

Do you recall the name of the cream that the Urologist prescribed for you? If so, you can just go to your regular doctor and tell them what you were put on before. It’s cheaper than seeing a specialist at least.

Cranberry juice MIGHT help bladder infections, but it’s not going to do a thing for yeast. Yogurt can help, but not likely to cure it. Really, your best bet is to go to the doctor. Personally, I find natural medicine to be a load of crap. Most natural remedies do not work, and if they do work it can take weeks to months to get to feeling better. I know many people will disagree, but I don’t care. I have a cousin who is a natural herb toting doctor and she has not done a thing to help any of my problems. In fact, she did more harm than good several times.

If you still know the name of that stuff the urologist prescribed you have your regular Dr do the same:saves a lot of money that way,
And I agree with LIARLIAR:All those so called herb medicines do nothing.
    Colors.
