I have a yeast infection and this is not my first one. I’m on the 3rd day of treatment and I have been using Monistat 7 and when I put the cream on .. it stings so bad inside me that I feel like crying.. I have had yeast infections before and the first day it stings and the rest of the treatments is nothing, but this is the 3 day and it keeps stinging
Has anyone experience this.. cause I kinda getting freaked out that is might be something else.

First off, you are not alone. I have a similar question up:
http://ca.answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AvVMy8W3_T8V7Jz5DQoUOLTAFQx.;_ylv=3?qid=20090530081954AAVhcbi
(FYI, out of the 5 answers I have so far, the only one I might try is asking a doctor about the tabs, as you should not use tampons during a yeast infection- it absorbs the treatment and can mess with your Ph balance if you are not trying to absorb blood, making the infection easier to grow).
You may already know this but the stinging does not interfere with the treatment, so try to relax. Otherwise, I am taking over-the-counter pain reliever and letting the stuff slowly leak out of my body (they all do). I’m finding it is dulling after a few hours. I am also repeating to myself "it is only a week of my life. It is only a week of my life."
If you get really freaked, call Monistat (the number is on the leaflet and you will need the box for the lot number). They won’t be of much help, other than repeating what I have said, but they ask you for your contact information (optional but I’d recommend giving it-it is not for sales information) and will keep records of if there are problems with lots. Some people feel better reporting because "then they can tell me if there was a real problem and no news is good news."
Take care.
You probably need to go to an ob/gyn to have her check it out.
Sometimes just monistat alone won’t clear it up, and if you have them reoccurring, you might need something along the lines of a prescription and some good advice.
Go on the web and google "reoccurring yeast infections" to learn how you might be able to help yourself and read about people with similar experiences.
You might want to start changing the products you use to ones which are Ph balanced. Your soaps, your detergent.
Make sure that your underwear are always clean, and any pants/shorts, don’t wash them in cheap, heavy detergents.
try using ones that say "free and clear".
I’ve heard that a vinegar solutions help. Try also drinking more water fruits and vegetables and keep a more balanced diet.
ask your doctor
